3.4. Other Components and Accessories – 1-Year Warranty
All other components (except consumables) are covered for one year from the original delivery date.
4. Tool Kits
Tool kits are provided with every purchase. Spare parts and consumables are covered under the warranty if required; otherwise, they are available for purchase.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
5.1. Who and What is Covered
The warranty applies only to the Original Purchaser. Claims must be made within the Warranty Period, and the warranty is non-transferable. If a valid claim is made, Move Reformers will repair or replace the product or component at its discretion. Repairs or replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
5.2. What is Not Covered
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
Products that Move Reformers reasonably believes to be stolen, counterfeit, purchased from an unauthorised distributor or reseller, or acquired or used outside Australia.
Damage or malfunction resulting from improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, installation, relocation, or repair (unless performed by an authorised Move Reformers representative).
Use of the product with third-party parts or accessories, or parts not originally designed for or compatible with the product.
Damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, theft, vandalism, natural events (e.g., fire, flood), electrical issues, unusual atmospheric conditions, or unauthorised modifications.
Paint or plastic discoloration or other cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.
Move Reformers is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including economic loss, property loss, loss of profits, or loss of use or enjoyment related to the purchase, use, repair, or maintenance of the product or its parts.
Move Reformers will not be responsible for any injury or death resulting from proper or improper use, assembly or re-assembly, or repair of equipment.
Attempting to move or repair equipment without authorisation creates the risk of injury or property damage. Move Reformers will not be liable for any damage, injury, or death resulting from such attempts. Warranty coverage for labour may be void if the product is moved outside the Service Area.
Where allowed by law, replacement units, parts, or other components that have been reconditioned to as-new condition by Move Reformers or its vendors may be provided as warranty replacements.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantee, the Limited Warranty covers transit costs related to product repairs. Outside the warranty period, transit costs and installation fees for parts will apply, and service charges may be incurred.
Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser, and proof of purchase is required. The warranty is effective from the date of the original invoice. Any parts repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. If a product is faulty or missing parts upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to use the product, as doing so may void the warranty and could be dangerous. Damage caused by improper assembly or use is not covered by this warranty.
To submit a warranty claim, email us with images of the damaged part(s) and proof of the purchase date. If the claim is made within 7 days of delivery and accepted, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the defective part free of charge. After 7 days, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, but the replacement part will still be provided at no cost.
Warranty claims are processed within 7 days of submission. Once a claim is approved and we receive the faulty part, replacement parts will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery of replacement parts may take up to 7 days, depending on availability. If a part is out of stock, we will source it from the manufacturer and deliver it as soon as practical. Warranty claims result in part replacements only; refunds are not available for warranty claims.
The warranty will be void if the equipment has been subjected to accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper servicing, or unauthorised modifications. It is essential to follow all safety guidelines provided in the equipment manuals and use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
When using a reformer, the footbar must be positioned behind the jump board to ensure stability and prevent wear on screws and bolts. Failure to do so will result in excessive wear, which will not be covered by the warranty.
Clearance items come with a 3-month warranty for repairs and spare parts. Availability of spare parts for clearance items may be limited.
