Move Reformers – Product Returns Policy and Statutory Guarantees

  1. Returns
    At Move Reformers, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may arrange return it within 14 days of delivery. A pick-up fee will apply for the return.

    Returns will not be accepted beyond 14 days, and the item must be in its original condition. For further details or to arrange a return, please contact our team.

  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact us via phone or email. All returns must be assessed before approval. You can reach us through our designated “Contact Us” webpage. Move Reformers reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the damaged or faulty goods through photographs, customer-provided information, or an onsite inspection.

  3. Repair, Replacement, or Refund
    If we are unable to repair, replace, or exchange the item within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, including the packaging and shipping costs. In the case of refunds, they will be processed via the original payment method.

  4. Return Requirements
    Once you notify us of your intention to return a faulty or damaged product, you may send the product back to our warehouse located in either Bacchus Marsh, Australia, provided that you include a valid proof of purchase (such as a tax invoice, receipt, or packing slip).

  5. Statutory Guarantees and Warranties for Consumers
    Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (C&C Act), as a consumer, you are entitled to statutory guarantees. Move Reformers provides the following warranties:

    • If the goods are found to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective goods or parts, 

    • If a repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, we may offer a partial or full refund.

  6. Consumer Notifications
    If you are a consumer under the C&C Act, you may receive the following notices related to the repair of reformers:

    • If refurbished goods or parts are used for repairs, you will be notified that your item may be replaced with refurbished goods of the same type or repaired using refurbished parts.

  7. Exclusions
    This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if a product is defective or does not meet the required standards.
